Our Coffees

Our Guatemalan specialty coffee is known for its rich, chocolatey flavor profile with hints of fruit and nut undertones. It is grown in the high altitude Huehuetenango region of the Central American country, where the volcanic soil and ideal climate conditions contribute to its unique flavor profile.

The coffee is often hand-picked, sun-dried, and sorted to ensure only the best beans are used for specialty coffee. The coffee grown in Huehuetenango is sourced from small, family-owned farms, and is known for its unique flavor profile. The coffee beans are grown at altitudes of up to 2,000 meters above sea level, which results in a slow maturation process and a rich, complex flavor profile.  This results in a high-quality product that is carefully tended to from crop to cup.

Guatemalan specialty coffee is considered one of the finest in the world and is often sought after by coffee enthusiasts who appreciate the unique flavor and quality of this coffee. The coffee is known for its medium to full body and is considered to have a balanced flavor profile, making it a great coffee for espresso, pour over, or cold brew.
